Shay Seaborne CPTSD is a Relational Neuroscience educator and a relentless advocate for nervous system integrity, dignity, and community. Rooted in lived experience and guided by Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Shay teaches people how to protect their bodies from overwhelm, reclaim their sense of self, and build connection in a world that often erodes both. Their approach is fierce, tender, and grounded in the truth that healing is about restoring safety, relationship, and the conditions that allow us to thrive. As someone with severe Complex PTSD and quadrilateral Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Shay’s work is deeply informed by over 10 years of study and personal experience integrating IPNB principles, offering a unique perspective on nervous system safety and healing.
