Shay Seaborne, CPTSD

The mental illness industry often blames the individual for the failures of the environment. This space is for pulling back the curtain. We examine how societal, institutional, and cultural systems contribute to our dysregulation, and how we can navigate them without losing our minds. We aren’t just “venting” here. We are analyzing the structures that keep us sick so we can learn to opt-out, push back, and protect our own well-being.
