(Focuses on physiological reality)

Symptoms are just data. When your heart races, when you shut down, when you can’t focus, this is your body sending you information about your environment. This space is dedicated to the physics of stress. We aren’t here to “fix” these responses; we are here to understand them. Post your questions about how stress moves through your body, share what you’re learning about allostatic load, and help us collectively decode the body’s wisdom.
