Tuesday, August 20, 7 PM – 8:30 PM
Buzz Ware Community Center
2119 The Highway, Arden DE 19810
Presented by Shay Seaborne CPTSD and Imogen Ragone
In this interactive 90-minute in-person workshop we will explore the neurobiological aspects of connection and community. Learn how our nervous systems respond when we interact with others, and how we can apply the principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) to create more meaningful and fulfilling relationships. Understanding the science of connection can help us build healthier and more supportive communities for ourselves and others.
Interpersonal Neurobiology, also called Relational Neuroscience, is the science of what happens inside our bodies and between us because of our interactions. Community shapes who we are, and who we are shapes our community.
FREE attendance is open to the public. Please bring a $3-$5 donation for the Buzz Ware Village Center. We look forward to seeing you there!
